GUIDELINES FOR MAKING RESERVATIONS
Please read ALL

Reservations are HIGHLY recommended for  ALL Tea Parties.
If requesting the Children's Fairyland Tea room, you MUST call and NOT use the web form.

Saturdays are most often very busy, and it is possible that we may not be able to accept
your reservation request for one of those days. We suggest that you plan well ahead
for a Saturday event. (The same goes for other days, such as Holidays)

For groups of 12 or more: 
If the number of guests is less than the original reservation number, please contact us no later than 48 hours before your party, or you will be charged for that original number.
 
When you contact us using our contact form (email), a reply to your message/request is
absolutely necessary before the reservation is actually made.

When making a Reservation Request, we need ALL the details of your reservation,
Date/Time/Number in your party/Which Tea Party or if you will be ordering from the menu/Special requirements (disabled persons, dietary restrictions, etc.).

CHILDREN - our restaurant caters to a refined clientele, and if you will be bringing children in, we request that you PLEASE keep them with you at all times and regulate their behavior in a manner that will offer all of our visitors the most pleasant experience.
